I do not condone vandalizing personal property in any way. I do remember some of things that went on before the games like kids vandalizing schools, spray painting, vandalizing the anchor at Danville. Most of it in good fun as long as is doesn't go too far.

Got to give credit where credit is due. Im a Boyle fan but I really hope Danville gets it goin the rest of the year. I always pulled for them every game but one.

Although I dont recall hanging out of a moving vehicle. Atleast not at 50 mph. Maybe around 30 or so...

LOL Im only 27 I remember those nights after a Boyle County victory over Danville very fondly. Some of the best nights of my life.

Do you think the field conditions took away from Mcshara's effectiveness? Cutting and changing directions is a big part of his game. Sounds kind of silly since he scored 4 td's. But it sounded like Danville bottled him up for a large part of the game.

Coming from a totally bias Boyle county fan Highlands has to be considered the best team in Kentucky hands down.

But your right the second half flew by in the Mercer game. And I was glad it did, I was tired of chasing my 2 year old all over the place.

Boyle could have scored 78 last week and there was a running clock.

I would love to see Highlands win this game. I just dont see it happening! Kentucky teams have to start winning some of these border state rivalry's to get some national respect. I just dont think we are at that level yet. But I think we are gaining momentum. I'm saying St. X 42 Highlands 17. I hope I'm way off though.

Boyle 49 Danville 7

Ive only been to two games this year, but Boyle's o-line always looks to be greatly out sized. So far though to my surprise have more than held their own. At times dominating the game. You are right about Mcshara though, he makes them look really good.

Reese is averaging a 20 yard run every time he touches the ball. No matter who you are playing you have to respect those numbers. If you didn't it would just show a whole lot bias. Any of those other RB's on the list averaging 20 a carry? I dont know the stats I'm just curious?

Just wanted to add that Reese averaged 37 yards a carry against Mercer. I know Mercer as a program seems to be on a decline. But 37 yards a touch is very impressive against anyone.

To add to my thoughts the passing game did look much improved. Although the rushing numbers from this game look so impressive. You could tell Boyle had been working on running precise routes and getting the ball to them on time. If Boyle can improve the passing attack they could be unbeatable the rest of the season.

I was standing on the sideline and in the endzone most of the game. All I can say about Reese is WOW! This kid looks crazy fast on the field. Im sure his forty times arent blazing, but on the field he is a rocket. An average of 37 yards a touch in a game isnt all that bad either.

Im still voting Reese from Boyle. The kid has not played an entire game yet due to blowouts and look at his numbers. Just think what his numbers would be if he got the touches most running backs on this list get. Im not sure of the number but he cant be averaging more than 15 touches a game.

I also feel the coach of the losing team should never whine about another team running up the score. Have your team better prepared and that wouldnt happen. Whatever happened to players going 110% the entire game?

I was at the game and I did not feel as if they were just trying to run up the score. The game didnt have a feel as if Boyle was just scoring at will. Before the game I was really impressed with the size of Johnson Central. They have a glaring weakness in their punting game. I felt bad for the punter who over and over had snaps rolled to him by the long snapper. One play the Boyle players seemed to hit the punter before the ball got there.

I think Mr. Springate would do a great job! I had the pleasure of sitting on the end of the bench and watching him pour it on 12th region apponents in high school. He would get my vote any day! Although I would like to see him in back in Boyle Co. leading them to the state tourneys they attended when he was a player!
