  1. I was looking at the KHSAA Handbook online. Did you all know in Ky. pupils in grades 1-8 may play on the high school basketball team? As long as it does not conflict with he following: c) No student having been enrolled in the fourth (4th) grade or in any grade through twelfth (12th) shall be eligible for interscholastic athletics at the high school level (grades 9 through 12) for more than a total of one (1) year in each grade and applicable eligibility shall begin in the fi rst year enrolled in that grade. Students repeating a grade for any reason are ineligible to participate in interscholastic athletics at the high school level (grades 9 through 12) during the second year in that grade. The penalty for violation of this rule shall be the loss of one of the four years of eligibility after being promoted from grade nine (9). Policies regarding the participation of repeating students at the levels of play below high school interscholastic athletics shall be determined by the school council pursuant to KRS 160.345 (2) (i).
  2. I'd be willing to bet he will be back in full force for the Class "A". Don't count the Cats out yet. :thumb:
  3. I'll take the Ladycats by 7. Go cats!
  4. Good win by the Rebels yes, but Class A I don't know about. Don't count the cats out yet. Maddox should definitely be back by then. Refs were terrible tonight also which made the loss worse than it should have been. Just my take on it.
  5. Trent is supposed to be out for 1-4 weeks. I wish him a speedy recovery also. Coach Jones has really been working hard getting our underclassmen ready to step in. I think we will be ok if they play hard. It definitely will not be easy though.
  6. Don't you mean in Carroll Yeager's pocket? You must have watched a different game than I did.
  7. GC Wildcats by at least 10 points.:thumb:
  8. Great game for the cats tonight!
  9. That's what I've been saying all along. :thumb:
  10. Thanks for the great run down Mack.
  11. GC came within 2 points in the 3rd quarter I think and stay within 10 points or so until the last quarter. I dont't have any stats but I know our GC boys were pretty worn down the last 4 minutes or so of the game. The final score really doesn't reflect the game as a whole.
  12. Travis was on fire. I was so happy for him.
  13. I guess we can judge that for ourselves on Dec 8, 08 when AC comes to Wildcat country.:ylsuper:
  14. Out of control? I wouldn't say that. He can handle the ball better than some varsity players I have seen.
  15. Thanks! It was a tough game for them. We gotta start making those free throws. 26 percent is not good at all.
  16. Not true. Checked that out before hand.
  17. Sorry, I forgot to answer with your quote. Yes, He does play with the AAU Wolfpack team.
