Shining Star Sports 15U (Bundy) overpowered Showtime Basketball 15U by a score of 53 to 30. Great team play by the the newly formed Shining Star team. :thumb:

They have a roster on their website at http://www.nkyrhinos.com. The only one I know about is Travis Davis from Gallatin County. He is a very good point guard.

Shining Stars 15U (Bundy) will be playing at the Bearcat Classic held at UC and Xavier April 23-25. This will their 1st game as a team. The next weekend they will be playing in Franklin, OH at an AAU Super regional. They should do really well at both.

He held tryouts and a few were cut.

OMG!!! You got to be kidding!!! I was courtside also and zach purposely stepped back even to avoid a foul. The SO kid said in an interview with the Courier Journal that zach didn't foul him with his hand but that he was pushed. How can you push someone when you step back away from them. Kid was a great actor is all I got to say!!

WOW!! But, I already knew that because I saw it with my own two eyes. I was 25 feet away and saw that. The ref was only 4 feet away and had to see that he wasnt touched also!!

And by the way, coach Simpson even admitted to the gallatin bench it was a bad call!!

Shame it wasn't important enough of a game for u to attend. I don't think I post an accusation about a call if I wasn't even at the game. Hearsay.....real good!!!

I was maybe 25 feet from where the call was made. Gallatin's Zach Jones never touched him!!!!! Call was made very late also. Will be seeing this one on youtube very soon I'm sure!!!!

Daryl Hicks of Shelby Co and Kristian Morgan of Gallatin Co. Morgan led the Wildcats with 19 points against Walton Verona in the 1st round of regional play last night. I haven't seen Hicks play yet but will see him tonight at the 8th region tournaments.
