I think Greenup will surprise everyone in this one, after watching them play last night, I wouldn't count on a blowout.

Starters for Greenup: #1 Ryan ADKINS Sr #3 Jacob Prater JR #31 Trey Williams Soph, #44 Mike Hampton Soph #45 Chris Baker, SR Greenup took the lead after a slow first few minutes and pretty much kept it the rest of the game. They looked great on defense. I am impressed with how conditioned they look! I am expecting great things!

He should be in jail, not the NFL...but I don't believe he should serve longer than Vick, whos crime was much worse. But I understand, different charges, different states, etc.

The question that logically springs to mind is: "Why not bring the National Guard home from Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Kosovo, etc. so that they will be available for deployment in emergencies by the state governors, rather than go down this dangerous road of nationalizing and militarizing our police powers?" But when has our government ever been "logical"??

Weightlifting is all year.

Greenup County does not sponsor football or basketball at the 6th grade level. The kids play for the Junior league which sponsors programs from 2 to 6 grade.

He has never been able to take a hit! Which is one of the reasons he has focused on basketball instead of football.

Agree, but Sammons has pretty much washed his hands of this class. If an English teacher was not returning next year, would they be allowed to "give up" teaching for the rest of the semmester? I don't think so!!:confused:

I hope whoever they select that the person will start soon! The boys are still not lifting in weightlifting class. The work put in now, or not put in, as the case may be, impacts next season.

Corey Lyle, RB Greenup County put up some great rushing numbers this year and looks to be even better in the future.

I don't have a boy on the team but I am hearing good things. When the boys talk about him it really seems that he has their respect. I am excited about a great season!
