You would have had to see that game to appreciate the fact that Wainscott, Brown, Ponzer and Stephenson played the entire game for SK.

Congrats to Ms. Tibbs and the Lady Eagles. Trouble all around for my Lady Pioneers. Missed a ton of shots. :isurrender: Scott did a great job pressuring the outside. Once they zero'd in on passing Tibbs the ball they were right on. Couldn't tell if Wainscott or Brown ended up leading (SK). Did not quite understand the SK defense plan. The brokenback? SK ties game at start of third. Midway in third Scott was shooting the bonus. During the entire 4th QTR they were shooting DBL bonus. Fouls were 10 - 1 at start of 4th. :idunno: Stowers was T'd in the first 3 minutes of the game by an official clear across the floor. Any insight on that? One ref was at the end of SK Bench and another standing near scorers table and the one clear across court T's? BOTTOM LINE: My ladies got whooped! Burn the tape and strap up for Conner on Friday! :thumb:

She is that type of player. "chuckhayes," has a good point (I stand corrected) even though she was Brown's assignment, her and Figgins both deserve credit for that game. Brown and Tibbs played together this summer for "Cutter's." she actually filled in for Tibbs in a game against a team from Tennessee when she injured her ankle. That team had Brown, Allen, Wainscott, Towles, Conner, Tibbs, and Beasley. I have been amazed watching this game the last 10 years as the girls were all playing rec. together just how many friendships have developed. My daughter doesn't enter a gym in NKY that she doesn't meet / greet someone (players past and present). I watched Brown (SK) and Dixon (WV) great each other at BW's in Independence after a game earlier this year and share battle scares talking about the game. (That game was the first time they had met each other.) Looking forward to the Kenton County Classic this week. Should be some good basketball.
