Tanner Kendall of Monroe Co. had a soph year over 1100 yds rushing and 16 tds. Also one of the leading players in tackles at free safety. Holds school record for longest kickoff return at 97 yds. Had 3 tds and 127 yds rushing against GreenCo. in district championship game also had 2 tds and 155 yds rushing against Fort Campbell in state semi final game. Had best games against best teams played. Was not caught from behind all year and also has great closing speed just ask Taylor Co. tailback he caught from around 20 yds back. With weight training look for him and rest of the Falcons to have another solid year in 09.

Recruiting services I think go a lot by which schools are recruiting a player. The most important rating is what that recruiting class does in 4 or 5 years.

Many parents I feel are trying to run programs at their schools. Have coached some myself parents are the biggest problem coaching today. Parents need to support the programs at their schools and not try to run them. Have talked to coaches at other schools and it seems that many schoools now are having trouble with the parents. Coaches may not always be right but parents should not bad mouth coach in front of their children.

Was at the game. Both teams had a bad night on the offensive end. Clinton I though outhustled Monroe but Monroe made a few bad plays at the end of regulation tha could have won the if those plays not made. The Flowers kid for Clinton Made a couple of big threes in OT which really got Clinton going. Hard fought game by each team congrats to Clinton.

I am a Florida fan but agree with post UK has the best team. Seen Florida play 5 or 6 times a little better than average team. If UK can get some solid play out of their point guard think they could be a top 15 team.

Agree with you on this one. Dean Smith had as much talent over a period of 10 to 15 years except for John Wooden and he was close to his talent.

Wake Forest Louisville North Carolina UConn This is just based on how I think they are playing now. Could put four different teams and still feel good aboup picks.

Agree first seen him play in 7th grade also played on 8th grade team. Best player on both those teams and is getting better all the time. Without a doubt will be D1 player.

Agree with 5wide used in special situations Harvin can be a very dangerous player. He is not however a every down running back or wideout. Myself agree with 5wide if used right can help a team win ballgames.

Will be missed maybe the most dangerous player last season with the ball in his hands. Injury issue might be one of the reasons for going pro. Florida still has plenty of other speed players. GO GATORS.

Cawood was one of the best broadcasters of all time. Met Cawood one time. He was one of the nicest and finest gentlemen I have ever met. Mr Golic and Mr. Greene can only hope to be half the person Cawood was.

Agree ACC top 4 teams and Big East top 4 teams are pretty equal. ACC drops off a lot after the top 4. Big East has 10 to 12 teams that can beat you any time.

Agree UK,UT,and UF should make NCAA. Maybe one or two teams out of the western division.

Agree think Clark Kellogg very up on the game. Did not like Packer too pro ACC.

Hatz made some very good points. Saw the game that Jacksonville beat Kentucky. Very bad call fouled Issel out. I think even without Mike Casey the Cats still could have beaten UCLA. Also bring the Kentucky Colonels into the NBA with whole team intact they could have competed with any NBA team of that era.

Dan Issel could make the 18 foot bank shot all night long. Tennessee scouting report on him went like this. Can make the 18 foot shot all day long come up and play him tight will go to the goal and put the ball and his man also in the basket. Great ball player but Meeks had one of the best game I have ever seen anybody have. I have been watching basketball for over 50 years.

As a big time Florida fan was really glad to hear he is coming back. As for him being pro QB or not I only have these two examples. Joe Montana 3rd round draft choice. 4 Super Bowl rings. Tom Brady 6th round draft choice. 3 Super Bowl rings. On the other hand Ryan Leaf second overall pick. Tim Couch first overall pick. Do not know what kind of pro QB Tebow will be but this just goes to show scouts are not always on the money.

Think that Myer, Saban, Mack Brown, and Pete Carroll are the 4 best. Then maybe 15 to 20 more who are fairly close.

As Florida fan think Tebow is one of the best college players ever. Agree announcers may have went a litttle over the top. But You have to admit Tebow is a very impressive Young Man.

This year I think overall Big 12 was overrated. Power shifts from year to year. SEC is the best year in and year out but other shift from year to year. Will wait and see how things shape up next year but this year yes they were overrated.

Tim Tebow will go down as one of the best college players of all time. As a big time Florida fan I hope that he stays but feel he should do what he feels best at doing. GO GATORS.
