Two huge wins for CCH

The NIKE combine to a high school athlete is what the Indy NFL combine is to a college athlete. It is the most respected combine rating among college coaches! It shows sport specific abilility and is a big reason some kids get recruited by major college programs while some do not. Of the Northern Ky. athletes at the RB position, Simpson and Elliot have by far the highest rating! Any rating near the 80's is considered a high level recruit. With Elliot's ratging as a Freshman and it will increase as he gets more mature and starting for a 6A program against top competition, I believe he is a top RB and or LB in the area. Also I have talked to a family member who played for SK and he also confirmed that two other Big East schools and another Big Ten school not listed had visited Ryle after the Nichols commitment about Elliot. As I posted earlier he is already getting major looks from big time programs. And to think this kid has 3 years left in high school. y

Just got off the Fab50recruiting web site with more information.Fab50recruiting has information on the Nichols commitment with Stanford and also noted schools showing interest in Elliot already!(Virginia,Illinois and Georgia Tech)

A SPARQ rating of 77.76 as listed on the NIKE website (SPARQ) already hsa this young RB from Ryle projected as a high DI prospect at a very young age. #1 freshman at the NIKE combine in Cincinnati (2012) beating out a kid by the name of Kaleb Ringer.(The younger brother of Jovan Ringer of Michigan State and projected 1st round pick in the NFL draft. Elliot's national ranking (SPARQ) put him in the top 5 for all freshman in the country. Fab50recruiting already lists this prospect in their national rankings for top prospects in the country. a 4.65 40 and a bench of 135-45 times,185-21 times and a 6.81L-cone.Those times and ratings for a SR. much less a freshman are unreal! info found at nucfootball.com,SPARQ.com and fab50recruiting.com I think this young freshman is highly talented and will be highly recruited.

BALL CONTROL is not only running the ball!Its using both the pass and run to control clock and score!Trinty and X offense is just to good to be on the field because usually as the scores you posted show bad things happen to teams that put the ball in those offenses hands!

Boone County had no passing game at all (did they even throw the ball 5 times) Louisville Male had great athletes that could match the athletes of Trinity those years. Simon Kenton (just not enough talent to over come a school that gets athletes in a 30mile radius) By the scores you have posted it doesn't look as though any of those schools had any BALL CONTROL 14 pts in 3 games 94,06,and 08. Boone County with the running of Alexander was the only team in the game and if they would of thrown the ball say 12 to 15 times they may have the ring.

No team from Northern Ky. will ever match the over all talent level of al X or Trinity and thats the monster they will always have to go through! These programs attract the top athletes from four counties and from Southern Indiana. Their DB's will always be faster and more athletic than our WR's and to think a Northern Ky team will ever win a shootout with Trinity or X is Crazy! Any type spread offense run by a Northern Ky school against these type powerhouse programs will only put their (X and Trinity) offense on the field more with more opportunities to score and they will score! The key to ever being successful against these talented programs if BALL CONTROL!!! You pass enough only to keep the run efffective, eat clock, score and keep their offense on the sideline. The game of football with schools that don't have the calibar of athletes of X, Trinity or Male need to be played 10 yds at a time! Go down to Papa Johns and try to throw the football around against them, their defense alone will score over 30! More important than balance is BALL CONTROL if we EVER want to knock off any of those great programs from "the Ville." I have seen Trinitys young QB he's a stud with a cannon!!!!

I wish Daniel the best and am a big fan, I know he has athletic bloodlines in his pedigree as I believe his father was a great athlete also. Best wishes to the Lokesak family and on his college choice.

A 4.77 is not close to average and Lokesak is the fastest in Northern Kentucky in my book.Would love to see him as a POY kid. 4.77 is very fast just not a burner
