I couldn't have said it better myself Osceola!! This is the best team I have seen in years at Western Hills.

Yes great job by the freshman to hold it together and put it through the uprights. but also let's not forget the extra point attempt that was blocked by #40, or the interception on E.J. last posession not sure but I think by #7 this win was truly a team effort.

This will be a tough game, But I would have to say Western Hills by 2 TD's

Well, I didn't see anything outside of the normal play of football from either player. At the time of the flag that I seen both players were on their way back to the huddle so I'm not sure what even prompted the flag.

I can understand and respect that decision, I mean the team was penalized for intentional grounding with loss of down and half the distance.

Not that I seen, from where I was standing nothing happened that even deserved a flag let alone an ejection.

I haven't seen East play this year, but WHHS Defense pretty good all in all, made some mistakes last week but I think coach Miller gets the kinks worked out by Friday night.

I mistyped in the post above I should have said that only the right foot of the QB was on the goal line the rest of his body and the ball were in the end zone

Ok,well I was standing on the sideline just past the goal line the line judge was right on the goal line, all of the QB's body except for his right foot and the ball was in the end zone, ball hits the ground right behind the O Line, the ruling on the field was intentional grounding, no safety ball spotted just inside the goal line 2nd down.

Here's the scenario the offense is on there own 4 yard line quarterback drops back to pass in his own endzone he has one foot on the goal line and the rest of his body and the ball are in the endzone, the defense has him in their grasp quarterback throws the ball down to the ground at about the line of scrimage as he is being taken down, what's the call? is it a safety, or just intentional downing and the ball spotted just inside the goal line?

I was at that game nothing happened that I seen worthy of an ejection, same thing with the kid from Spencer. Worst officiating I have ever seen bar none!!! Not blaming the Refs. for the loss, Hills made several mistakes, defensive secondary gave up three big plays resulting in touchdowns. I think they'll be ready to play this week they have a good running game, but they have to use it more, especially #40 this kid is for real and if I'm not mistaken only a Junior, averages about 5 - 6 ypc. he's hard-nosed and straight up the gut. I think if Hills has a good mix of run and short 5 -10 yard passes they win. Hills is a young team with only 4 seniors and Coach Miller is in his 3rd year things are starting to turn around for the Wolverines. I'm going to say Hills wins 28 - 14
