Franklin County travels to Woodford County for a rivalry game between neighboring counties.

Franklin County still searching a little for that swagger, but this week offers a chance to do just that. Woodford County is a very good team when they are hitting on all cylinders, Flyers could come up way short if they don't play a full game.

Woodford will be looking for revenge after the Flyers handed the Jackets there first loss last year at this time. Emotions will be flying high Friday with it being Woodford's Homecoming. I look for the Flyers to pull an upset in this one with their late emphasis on the running game. Word on the street is the Flyers Leland Robinson may be back in uniform this Friday, I hope thats the case!

What kind of condition is Robinson in? Has he been running at practice?Will he play both ways?He is a great kid and if healthy will give FC the piece of the puzzle they have been missing.Hopefully FC plays up to the competition.

Robinson runs everyday for about 30 minutes and condtions with the team. We will see if he gets to play, but The Flyers need to make plans without him.

Just got word that Robinson's cast was removed but he will not be playing this week nor next. He should be ready by the Oldham County game on the 17th.

Leland is a great kid, hope he can come back to play some, he is probably the best All-around player on this team. When you combine his offense, defense and special teams abilities.
