The questioning by the defense shows that we as humans will try to rationalize. Otherwise, why ask questions about marijuana, alcohol, and other substances being found in the car? 100% immaterial to the core issue. Yet it shows that human brains will try to rationalize a belief that police are always innocent. Note: Not a condemnation of anyone including Offc Tensing. Just an observation.

Offc Tensing says he was dragged and at one point his body was parallel with the ground as his arm was stuck inside the steering wheel. The part about being parallel and arm stuck is not seen in the video.

Offc Tensing is going to have trouble explaining why the video doesn't match up with his testimony to the investigators especially considering he had watched the video prior to telling his story.

A defense attorney was on 700 saying we should hear testimony today from a video expert who teaches the FBI how to break down video. He's a prosecution witness.

Witness who lived on the street and was outside said the shots happened before the car took off. When she looked back and saw Offc Tensing on the ground she assumed he had been shot. CPD officers also said they heard shot then the car taking off. Note: The prosecution is presenting its case so we're going to hear things that are good for the prosecution.

Prosecution is focusing on the fact that Offc Tensing had 2 days per his union contract before he was questioned by investigators and the fact he watched the video before he was questioned.

I caught a lot of it. LOVED the opening. I teared up when Randy Travis was onstage. I really enjoyed Marren Morris having the Preservation Hall Band with her. I also really enjoyed Beyonce with Dixie Chicks.
