  3. That is the reason why Coach Stovall put together the schedule they have this year. They are number 7 in the state. I dont feel sorry for them. They should enter that game thinking they have as good a chance as anyone. Now if they dont win the second region, I will feel sorry for the team that does go to the state tourney. LOL
  4. I did not know this...........LOL. But they come to us this year and I dont see me just going down there for a game anytime soon.
  5. Gate 4 is the main gate to go thru. You are required to have everything that has been mentioned. Also, if people are traveling with you they should also have proof of id. When our football/basketball teams go there, all parents are informed what to take with them. Even parents who might be transporting equipment have to go the same procedure. The wait can be several minutes and it can be as long as an hour. I missed the first half of a freshmen football game once cause the line was extremely long. But I understand the security reasons and have no problem with it.

  7. I really thought Lyon had a shot this year. But it was at UHA, and since they played each other in the first round, it was over as soon as that game was over.

  14. The Maroons had a 4 point lead with just a minute to go in the game and failed to finish. A wild game with technicals involved. Hopkinsville gets a big win on the road.
  15. Being a Central fan and have seen all the games they have played, yes losing your point guard the day before playing Boone Co. did make a big difference. Now would they have won, not likely. They left Hopkins Co. with one less post player than expected, they lose their starting point guard and their number two guard. They also lost 2 other players, around the Muh. Co. game. It has been unbelievable what has happened to this team in one month. But at least now they can return home and try to fill some roles. They started a freshmen along with 2 JV starters and the last 2 varsity players against Clinton Co this morning. Losing 5 varsity players in less than a month has been a real trying experience. I would not wish what they have gone thru on anyone. Now as far as the point spread, yes Boone could have made it worse. Im glad the coach didnt; he showed some class by backing off, he knew the situation. No comment on the Muh. Co. coach.
