  1. Ben Hume from Lexington Catholic will also be playing for Centre.
  2. Lexington Catholic has two kids heading to Centre. They are Mack Kersey who played tight end and Cooper Mcguire who played defensive end.
  3. I am really excited about this new coach. I have heard nothing but good things about this guy. I also hear he is coaching running backs for the knights. What did he coach at Trinity?
  4. After the loss from LexCath I was wondering what teams would rank as best All-Time teams not to win the Sweet 16. I would have to go with 5 LexCath teams. My LexCath top 5 would be: 1. 97-98 (top 5 Team Nationally) - State Semifinals 2. 04-05 (top 10 Team Nationally) - Regional Finals 3. 07-08 (#22 Team Nation) - State Semifinals 4. 03-04 (Top 10 Team Nationally) - Regional Semis 5. 99-00 (??) - State Finals I'm not sure about any other teams in the state just wondering what these teams would rank all-time.
  5. I have heard Lexington Christian, Lexington Catholic, or Scott Co. What I have also heard is that Chad Jackson will be coming with him also. The most recent rumor (Key word rumor) is that Kyle Macy will become head coach at LCA and that they will both attend. It makes some sense because I am pretty sure his daughter goes there. This is just a rumor so don't bash me if I am totally off.
  6. Montel went to Christ the King for middle school and played AAU ball with Catholic all through middle school. He then repeated 8th grade and then went to Bryan Station. Montels dad was an assisstant coach at Catholic but when Flener left his dad left and Montel went to Station. Some of the details might be a little off but I know he went to CKS and played AAU ball with Catholic
  7. Terrell Combs? wonder why he didn't make it.
  8. Player: Winston Guy High School: Lexington Catholic High School College Choice: University of Kentucky Position: Safety Player: Andy Mahoney High School: Lexington Catholic High School College Choice: Murray State University Position: Center Should be More!!!
  9. Andy Mahoney from Lexington Catholic has committed to play for Murray State. He played center the past two seasons at Lex Cath. I know EKU and numerous other schools were after him and he once held an offer from Cincinnati (They pulled it after they filled up on O-line Commitments). I think this is the first player from Lex Cath to go to Murray St. Congratulations!
  10. Would anybody agree with me after watching last nights game against Mason County that Taylor Stewart from Lexington Catholic is a top 5 player in the state? I think he comes in at either 4 or 5 with Miller, Hopson, and Mack in front of him. He signed with Air Force and had offers from other division 1 schools and had he waited to sign in the spring he eventually could have ended up with numerous offers from bigger schools. Just wondering what other people think of him.
