Brossart is definately down this year. I still like them to beat Paris. St. Pat is probably the favorite to win the all A 10th. I am hoping for some things to click with Brossart and they play a strong tourney.

I agree on Notre Dame. Katie A will help them as the season goes on. I think it is a three team race. Birds, Pandas & Breds.

Go Katie! Very nice young lady and a great family! It would be great if she is able to play at NKU. That is a very high level and she would have to play guard. I know they have signed a super guard from Glen Este coming next season. IMO she may fit better in a smaller program. She is easily one of the best players in the 10th region, but NKU is a major step up for almost all players in N. KY.

IMO easily best big player in N. KY. Keeps the ball high and passes well. She gets fouled a lot and really seems to keep her cool. She seems like a nice kid as well as a fine player! If she improves and stays healthy she could put up some really great career numbers for Scott.

Props to Rowan! They are as good as advertised. Their 1/2 court offense is the best I have seen since Conner last season. They are fun to watch.

I agree. I do not think you can argue with the success that coach McDonald had. Coach Dawn also has had a huge amount of success with the boys. He will continue to have success with this team and with any future team. The man can flat out motivate. Go Lady Breds!

IMO NCC has 8 solid players and their guard play is very strong. Villa is talented and they will compete. Probably just do not have enough this season for NCC. It would be a great story if Villa can pull the upset.

Case is very solid. Schorer can play. Krutzer is also a good player. This may be Villa's best team in a long time. NCC speed and defense will give them trouble. NCC by 12.

I have seen both teams play. Should be a close game. I give a slight edge to Scott. Tibbs is the best big player in N. KY. Keeps the ball high and uses her size very well. Highlands held her to 31. Brossart to 26.

IMO Ludlow has a chance of beating NCC if Daughterty has an outstanding game. The other post player at Ludlow is also very good. I like NCC defense and guard play a little more. IMO If NCC presses it will be a big problem for Ludlow. NCC by 16.

IMO NCC game will determine if Ludlow can play with some of the bigger schools. Ludlow has two good post players. NCC has very quick guards. New Cath plays great D, this should be an interesting game. I feel NCC has too many weapons for Ludlow. NCC by 12.

I am more of a 10th region fan, but I have to say the girls 9th region from 1-8 is very strong. IMO there are seveal teams that can win the 9th. I think in the 8th or 10th there are only about two contenders in each region.
