I think the officials are part of his game plan. He sort of intimidates them imo.

Don't they usually win their own tournament even though they have a strong field every year?

It seems as if quite a few coaches spend considerable time during the games I have seen " working the officials". Some tend to question every call (better known as whiners) and I really don't understand it. I have seen very few calls ever changed during the course of a game. If one coach is complaining about calls, then you can usually expect the opposing coach to do the same. Refs don't like it, that's for sure. I think the time could be spent better coaching the kids instead of worrying about the calls.:irked: I am interested to read your opinion on this topic.

Gallatin County did an outstanding job in hosting this tournament as they have in the pastl. Many thanks to the tournament sponsors for making the All A possible. It is a great tournament both on the regional level as well for those teams who make it to Richmond.

I have not seen Grant Co. play. Is their talent level down?

Yeah, you are right. If it were football, you would have to wait a week before you get to play again.

Paris has owned the 10th region Class A tournament if I am not mistaken and they have an outstanding coach in Terrance Brooks. They have the tourney experience. I would love to see the upset, but I think Paris has too much fire power for the Lady Raiders. Good luck Lady Raiders.
