Some standouts for Cov. Cath are Pat Van Sant, Seth Tepe, and Michael Robinson

How is it that nobody has Pat Van Sant on their lists.

Icler will be solid. He had a good year last year and now that Brossart can open his whole playbook and not just run left, run right, run up the middle, throw two passes a game Icler should have an even better year than last. It will also help having an offensive line. Cov Cath will have decent skill players but will not be as good as last year. Voet, Furnish, and Van Sant don't match up to Punch, Schneider, Cason, and Klare from last year.

I believe Cov. Cath. will win this game. I don't have a real reason. The colonel crazies will play a small part in this game. You better get there early this will be a for sure sell out.

Cov Cath played very well tonight. The CCH student section was awesome and are the best in the state. Looking forward to Monday night!

I don't know that Highlands could have matched up with Elder. Any time a Kentucky team plays a team with the majority of their o-lineman 280+, they seem to have a little trouble. I don't think Highlands would have been blown away; but I still believe they would have a very tough time playing them. Just like every other year when Ky teams play Ohio teams.

Beechwood top five? don't count on it.....Highlands is hands down the best team in the state this year. I played against both St. X and Highlands...no doubt about it Highlands is by far the much better team.

wow, this poll is hysterical. no way on God's green earth is Highlands the #18 in the country. I would have to strongly disagree with Trinity being ranked so high as well. These two teams would not have matched up well with weaker GCL south teams like Elder and Moeller. Not trying to take anything away from these two teams, but come on now.

After playing teams like Mason County and Lex Cath I think Cov Cath blow out Conner by 15+ points

Cov Cath is by far the best. There is a reason that USA Today ranked them in the top ten places to watch a high school basketball game.

I think Cov Cath pulls the upset. Playing at home is a huge advantage and it will defenitely be a sell out crowd.
