The drawing for the top 3 seeds was this afternoon as there was a three way tie in seeding between Scott, Brossart, and Campbell County.

 

 

 

 

4 Silver Grove will play 5 Calvary Christian. The winner will play 1 Scott.

 

2 Campbell County will play 3 Bishop Brossart.

Dates and location anyone?

Can they re-do the coin flip! Either way, this is going to suck for the Camels or the Mustangs. I hope all teams will be healthy and good luck to all the rest of the way!

 

Since there were 3 teams involved it's hard to complain about the system, but I agree. Someone in Alexandria won't be making the region.

Just making sure I have this right... the 2 seed plays the 3 seed and the 4 seed plays the 5 seed?

Campbell beat Brossart 58-54 OT

Scott beat Campbell 54-47

Brossart beat Scott 47-45

 

Pretty evenly matched.

Wouldn't say smelling like roses, they had no business losing the game to Brossart, up by 7 to 9 the whole game and had a lapse with 2 minutes to go. Hope Scott can get healthy by the finals, Leading scorer and their only Senior hurt.

But they lost. I would say Scott came out pretty lucky, as would have CCHS or BBHS if they would have got the one seed.

Didn't follow the Eagles too closely but it seems that Scott came out smelling like a rose on the coin flip. Saw CC and BB play and both are very capable of going deep into the regional tourney.

 

I agree and I Saw Scott tonight and Brossart and CC were more impressive to me. Jmo

I guess it would appear that way with starting PG out more than half the game, starting senior guard out and Jackson playing at about 85%. I guess Scott will have to step up and do what they need to do or 'better luck next year'... Good Luck to Highlands, Brossart and Campbell! Oh and yes, I guess luck was on our side today, considering we drew 3rd out of the three team (Brossart, CC, then Scott)
