Yes it is.

Looks like it should all work out with NCC and HHS being different sides. Boys and Girls!

You've got to be a very happy camper with this draw. Would have been a non issue if they just seeded.

Again I am not sold on Highlands being that much better than Dayton..................Now I know they should be and can be but that would not surprise me if Dayton hung tough with them. Highlands size will obviously be a problem for Dayton but if they can spread them out and Highlands is having one of their play no defense, miss a ton of free throws, sub constantly, and turn the ball over games..........it could be interesting...................Or Highlands may very well win both games on their side of the bracket by 30+ points............

The fact that most see Highlands as the 2nd best team and that some think Dayton can hang with them or beat them tells you all you need to know about the 36th.

Dayton and Highlands don't play in the regular season? That is just weird for two district teams not to face each other. So does Dayton have a chance against Highlands? Hard to tell since they haven't played each other. However, Bellevue has played Dayton twice, winning one and losing one. Bellevue has played Highlands. Final score Highlands 85 Bellevue 39. So do Dayton or Bellevue really have a chance versus Highlands?

Highlands should take care of business but Dayton will likely put up a tough fight. They aré a Sr laden team with nice guards. They lack size and with 6'6 Towles, 6'6True at the 5 and 6'2 Witte playing strong at the 4 spot they will have a hard time matching up.

 

It wasnt too Long ago Dayton Gave a Simpson/Mcgraw team Fits in the Districts. I can assure you That the Birds will be focused and will not take any team lightly. Keys will be executing and pressuring the smaller schools.

What nights do the Birds play, assuming they beat Dayton, and then Bellevue, and then presumably NCC?

Mon night Birds vs Dayton. Boys at 6pm Girls at 8pm.

 

Wed night winners play Bellevue at 6 and 8pm.

 

Boys final on Sat night at 7pm.
