The Cats could have quit in this one as they were down by at least 15 in the second quarter. If this team ever starts shooting the ball as i think they can, they will be a contender come tournament time. Congrats to A. Antrobus for some fine minutes off the bench. He had a couple of key baskets and rebounds down the stretch. Love what he brings to this team with his strength. Nice team win against a very good Woodford Co. team.

My stats were a little off. My source must have gotten distracted.

Was able to catch this game tonight and it was a nice win for PC over a very good Woodford team. I have seen PC play a few times this season and I still question their offensive scheme and I think it will hurt them as the season goes on unless they change some things up. I am surprised by the number of easy shots they miss in the lane and they need to go to the rim harder then they do.

 

They have a great amount of talent on that PC team, but not sure that the coaching staff uses the talent they have they way they should. I think this team needs to get up and down the floor more then they do, but I guess the staff likes what they are doing.

 

Should be a good one Friday night against Brossart! Hope I can get off work and catch it, love 10th region HS basketball!

I will leave the analysis to the experts. The only thing I see from reading this is PC came back from 15 down to beat a team that had just taken Scott County to the wire. So that qualifies as a quality win for those young men and all must not be THAT bad. Good win for the Wildcats.

Should we give the assist to Scott County on this one for wearing down the YellowJackets?

Good win for Pendleton and i dont want to take anything away from that. But don't read anything into it for Woodford. Classic letdown game. Play Scott County one night and travel 90 minutes the next night to play Pendleton. That was an accident waiting to happen. Woodford will be fine. As far as Pendleton, it has to help their confidence after a tough stretch. Both teams have potential to make noise in their respective regions.
