God bless them family for not being arrested once they found out. I'm not sure if that would have been the case for me. What kind of sick, twisted mind even considers something like this? It's times like this that I really wonder about the future of humanity.
December 25, 201114 yr If my wife have been called to the school under there circumstances it would have went down differently. As soon as my wife would have heard "Mommy is that you" coming from the bag it would have been on like Donkey Kong. After I got her out of jail I would have made it my life's mission to ensure that everyone associated with this needs to be charged criminally and booted out of the profession.
December 26, 201114 yr Be curious to know if is not the first time that kids have been put in "the dreaded bag". In fact I would not be surprised if this is their common procedure for out of control kids, but these were the first parents to complain.

Was it tied with a drawstring to where his head could not fit through?

Can be used in seated or lying position and can be knotted and wrapped to meet a particular comfort or need. Each loop is made of stretchable lycra material. You can place a knot or fastener (not included) at any point to tighten it as shown. Fits children from 6 months to approximately 8 years of age (18 lbs.- 45 lbs.)" My guess is that a "therapy bag" fulfills similar needs. (Even though the few links I read about this incident referred to the bag in question as a duffel bag. Not sure if that was ever confirmed by officials though.)

It's important to know if mom didn't sign off on it, it doesn't make it legal. If you used a "therapy bag" in your home social services would be at your door.
