December 21, 201114 yr Spindoc, the Reds aren't planning on Bailey to be in the rotation. Not sure why you keep acting like I'm saying he's going to be. The rotation is going to be Cueto, Latos, Arroyo, Chapman, & Leake. Only way Homer is in the rotation is an injury to one of those 5.
