It is funny that the person that started this thread is of those problem parents that knows what is going on. This has been a tough year for our team. We have a few parents, that wasn't happy with the out come of this years team. But I will say that most of these parents either have never coached at this level, or have coach pee wee football, and are not happy with P.T. of their son's. I recommend that these unhappy parents, that wish for their kids to be stars like they were in pee wee to keep holding the chains on Saturday and only talk about what they know about. You men know who I am talking to. I promise in the next couple of years the same men will be praising how tough this team will be. One bad apple on the staff does not reflect the hard work and dedication we put forth. And yes I am talking about our past team motivator. One way..... Ryle way...Hit or sit...

I agree, this so called bad apple did a Lot for this program and he will be missed!!!!! He treated and cared for each kid like they were his own. Coaches like this can not be replaced.

The open house sounds like a great idea. If any parent or coach from Ryle could help me out, please send me a private message describing the open house, purpose, invitation, when, for how long, any details would be great.

 

We use to scrimmage Ryle. Coach Warner has done a phenomenal job building the program. Coach Eckstein did a great job getting it started- we played them at Paris back in the early 90s.

If this is coach Babik you are talking about, you my friend are clueless. No one and I mean no one has worked harder and was more dedicated to the Ryle progam than Coach Babik. If he is gone from the program, I would like to say THANK YOU for everything you have done over the years for all of the players, school, and community. You will be missed.

Why doesn't someone just pony up and say exactly what the issue is? Innuendo is only going to get you so far. And since at least one person is explicitly being thrown under the bus here it would behoove us to have as much information as possible to reach our own conclusions.

I was part of the progam from 2006 thru 2008 seasons. So I don't know what has happen in the past 3 years. What I do know is that Rodger Babik is a GREAT man who gave his heart and soul to the Raider Football progam. And for people to get on here and call him a " Bad Apple " is wrong.
