All I had been hearing was Nene was definitely not going back to Denver, and that Houston and New Jersey were in the drivers seat. I had been reading that for weeks but then last couple days I hear the Houston/Jersey news quiet down now this comes out. Lot must have changed, I know Nene was adamant about wanting to leave.
December 14, 201114 yr ^ I don't think they are getting Howard. I don't think they are either. They may not and I hope they don't but from what I've read they are fixing to do something. Even if the season starts I look for them to deal before the deadline. Reason I think so is from what I've read on the Odom stuff LO went and talked to Kupchak and said he would come back as long as they guaranteed him he would be there the entire season. Most of the reports that came out just stated Odom demanded the trade because he was still steaming about being part of the original Chris Paul trade. BUT, Odom's camp said that they had the feeling if he didn't take control of the situation right now he may end up God knows where before the trade deadline. So with that I feel the Lakers are going to do something, what that something is I don't know but if they didn't have plans of holding onto Odom for the rest of the year they were going to be sending him somewhere.
