Blume is an exceptional athlete, but if I could choose one player to have on a team from eastern KY it would by Chaffin.

On another note, no one should question the job that Brian Milam and others do at WYMT of covering football in the mountains. We are blessed to have them!

Sports Overtime is always something I love to watch when I get to go home. Great job Brian and WYMT!!

Lockhart was actually a LB.

Sorry if I made a mistake...I thought that's what the caption said. I'm sitting away from the TV and could have misread.

I just know he played LB but it may have said that. I figured I'd just point that out, it's no big deal.

Good to see the quarterback from Rockcastle county get recognition,I thought he was a real good qb in his high school career.

A couple of ClayCo kids could have slipped in there at QB and running back in 3-A. Also, Blum is by far POY!!

I've not seen it mentioned here, but in the promo for this telecast is was mentioned several times that this team was picked by the coaches. Congratulations to everyone who made the team and thanks to WYMT and the Sports Department.

Just curious, was it an open ballot or did it have certain names that they picked from. Hopefully someone will know, I was just wondering how they went about it. I noticed that the program this year did not have a season long highlight film and also did not include honorable mention.

Congrats to Bobby Owens of Knott County Central :thumb:
