Ludlow will be playing Newport in their 1st game. Ludlows record stands at 2 wins and 4 loses.

And I believe it is set up as a tournament.

If this is a tournament, I say Morgan County takes it all.

How do they compare to Boyd, whose only loss is to Holmes I believe? I thought this was a showcase type event?

Morgan Co has my vote to win it. My next choice would be Boyd Co. Both 16th region teams.

draw for their own tournament, they are in trouble, Look for Boyd or Morgan to win this tournament, with Newport being the x factor

If defense wins championships, I'll go with Morgan County if I "had to" pick just one :thumb: should be a good tournament for the 16th though, Boyd and Morgan are going to have to play each other is my guess

I agree. Coach Reitz likes to play quality teams and get better every week and be ready for tournament time at the end of the year, rather than play and easy schedule and be unprepared. Even in his own tournament.

Newport's has a nice draw, look for them to get on a roll and make some noise in this tournament!!!

Morgan or Boyd would be my picks to win.
