Nothing will be official until 11/11 when they officially become the Miami Marlins. As of now that logo is widely speculated to be the new logo. But until the 11th I can't say for sure.

 

I don't personally like it, but I'm not terribly concerned with it.

New ballpark will also be named on the 11th. Sponsor is rumored to be Pepsi.

That is the correct logo. It was announced yesterday. They have the traditional White and Gray unis as well as Black and Orange alternates.
