Congrats to Troy and his family!

Third commitment for Trinity senior class- 2 DI and one DII

Younger brother of the twins - correct?

Pretty sure I saw him in attendance at a couple of the Georgetown games when his brothers were playing there.

Is this the school that scores over 100 pts on a consistent basis?

No that was West Liberty with Corey Pelle from Northern Kentucky. UAH is known as running a Princeton offense, but actually is at its best when it runs and averaged 80+ points per game last year. The system is very complex, thus UAH redshirts almost all of its incoming freshmen to give them a year to adjust to a difficult school and a complex offense plus get a year of physical development. As opposed to many D2 schools that rely on transfers, UAH prefers to develop from within. Really a great program ranked no. 2 in the preseason this year finishing in the Elite 8 last year.

No, I'm familiar with West Liberty. There is a school in Alabama that runs a lot. I think they had a Highlands player on it a few years ago.

I believe Huntsville is ranked no. 2 behind Bellarmine in some preseason DII polls.

Hmmmm....I don't know who that is then.

I think you are talking about Troy University, the player from Highlands was Steve Hunt

They play a very similar style to Bellarmine. Lots of skill players, motion offense. They really go after players who can handle the ball, shoot the ball, pass the ball. Saxton will be a good fit for their system.

Congrats to Mr. Saxton.

BTW...congrats. and good luck.

Congrats to Troy. Good young man and from a great family too!
