Cats' Pause 10th Region Preview

Harrison County has plenty of depth, talent, and athleticism. If they can commit to the defensive end, they will be the team to beat this year. Scott Kendall, Jordan Stubbs, Dillon Pulliam, and Caleb Ford are all legit threats to score anytime on offense. Tyler Wagner and J.D Kuntz are the big men on this team, and are very physical which is good for the Breds. Jordan Martin, Grant Carr, Mason Ritchie, and Tommy Vallandingham are all quality bench players who will get solid playing time and contribute. Coach Reitz is a great coach, with a lot of talent on his hands. This should be a good team and fun team to watch.

Harrison County will definitely be tough. I don't think they'll be the team to beat though. They are one of several teams at the top of the Region that could beat each other on a given night.

Who will start for Harrison County and Pendleton County and can someone post their rosters.

Who will start for Harrison County and Pendleton County and can someone post their rosters.

For Pendleton County, the starting five has been 6'4 Junior Ethan Moore, 6'3 Senior Jared Rering, 6'1 Senior Gabe Antrobus, 5'9 Junior Garrett Appleman, and 5'9 Junior Mason Monroe. I'm working on getting a full roster for them.

For Harrison Co.: PG Scott Kendall, 2G Jordan Stubbs, 3G Caleb Ford, 4 Dillon Pulliam, 5 Jordan Martin.

Subs: PG Grant Carr, 2G Nick Slucher, 3 Tommy Vallandingham, 4 Mason Ritchie, 5 Tyler Wagner, 5 JD Kuntz, 5 Landon Palmer, 4-5 Todd Puckett, 3G Trenton Thompson.

Martin and Wagner will be the key for Thorobreds to have a successful season!

Look for Thompson (Frosh), Richie (Soph), Palmer (6'8" Soph) to make big improvements as the season progresses.

Not knowing who the starters will be they will most likely have either Keenan Kelley (6'3 F/C) or Tanner Combs (6'6 C) coming off the bench along with Sophomore Darius Jones who saw some minutes last year along with Zack Burton (high energy, good defender). Other than that they really do not have much varsity experience coming back from 8 down, but I will say this, they have an EXTREMELY talented young group. I would not be surprised to see a few freshman get some action and quite possibly an 8th grader or two get some minutes. MC has a 6'7 8th grader that could get some minutes if size is needed.

Have heard good things about this player.

Everytime I've seen Harrison at practice or during a scrimmage they have a different starting line up. They will play about 8 guys while subbing in and out a lot. If they don't win games they will sure be a fun team to watch warm up. I counted 8 players that could dunk easily in warm ups the other night!
