Scott 2011/2012

They have a couple of Seniors that are pretty tough kids and have some experiance. Coaches are very excited about this junior class this year. They all can score the basketball and that JR class is deep. They have Eric Pouncy who will be probably running the show with Sophmore Josh Cassleman backing him up. Nick Jackson and Haydon Grazianni who quit the team last year is back with the team and he stands 6'6 but needs some meat on his bones. This is a very solid group that will score alot of points.

I remember this kid and he can really play. If he had another 20lbs on him a lot of people in NKY would know his name. Really needs to hit the weight room hard, and eat everything in site but he can play and will help the Eagles this season for sure.

According to the article I just read Scott as no height. Grazianni is the big man and he is listed at 6'4 not 6'6.

I agree with your statement - Coach Carr's teams are very well coached, they play hard, play fast, and are a competitor come Feb/March

Scott plays very hard, they are very fundamental, and get in your shorts. The Eagles take on the personality of their great Coach!

Rule #8

Not to mention the schedule he will play to get his team ready - not many cupcakes padding a soft schedule!

Scott typically hasn't had any height, and when they have, their big men have just been average. O'connor was decent, but not dominating a couple of years ago, same thing with Roberts last year. Their last really good big was Kyle Howard 5 or 6 years ago. Brad gets more out less than any other coach out there.

High school basketball as a rule is a guards game and Carr does a great job coaching to what his teams strengths are on a year to year basis. He is confident enough to change things up on a year to year basis. Scott might struggle out of the gate but they will be solid by January.

Don't overlook junior guard Josh Felts. Him and pouncy will be a great backcourt combo.
