I can see why Cochran flipped but to me his strongest ally in the game was Dawn and he burned that bridge. Cochran probably could have sniffed out who they were voting for or at least could have got it down to two people by feeding false information. This would have left Ozzy's tribe with a 50% chance that the idol would have worked. He keeps good graces within a "broken tribe"---already evidenced by the blindside vote of Ozzy's girlfriend---once Ozzy's tribe got good numbers he could have tried to play his game by dealing with a more fractured tribe. Now Cochran burned every bridge he had with them to become the 7th person on a 6 man tribe. Like Ozzy's tribe said, they had the upper hand but Cochran ditched all of that based on emotion. Poor move if you ask me.

 

Think about this...there is absolutely no way Cochran will win the game now. The only way he gets to the final three is with two of Coach's former tribe which means there are 6 people on the jury who will absolutely not vote for him.

I am not sure if flipping was the right move, but he guaranteed he would be safe for that night and not have to worry about pulling the wrong stone and he now knows he is likely safe for the next 4 votes. So I could see why he would make the move. He was on the outside looking in on his tribe.

Hell, I think he could have talked Ozzy and Dawn into a final three pact pretty easily. Once final tribal comes he plays like he was the mastermind and I think he could have won against them.

All that's going to happen is the Coachites will act all nice to the geek and as soon as his other tribe members are gone vote him out.

We know Whitney called him scum to his face, I hope it gets worse and he gets airlifetd out with an massive anxiety attack. He over thought the game and shot himself in the foot just because he wanted to go down in survivor history for making a big move. He did that, he sealed the win for Coach or one of his mindless minions. Even if he gets to the finals, and I don't think that happens, he won't have enough jury votes to win.

That's not a bad idea as something he can sell. After last night's reactions though I don't know how well it will work.

How can he expect them to trust him when he was so blatantly untrustworthy to the other tribe? The geek sealed his fate. He will be the last member of his tribe left but ultimately he will be on the jury voting for which Coachite gets the money.

Didn't watch this week's episode until last night. While I don't think it was a good move at all for his game, I give Cochran credit for making it. Can't blame someone for getting tired of being pushed around and always told what to do. He definitely took control of his game last night, which is why its destined for the crapper now. I've watched every season of Survivor and too many people just worry about getting to the end. The true players are the ones who strategically plan who they put in the finals with them.

 

I really like Albert's chances to bring this home. He's eventually going to blindside someone at the right now. Might be a few weeks from now.

I just watched this week's episode last night. I like Seth Green and I hope he can find a way to survive but he never should have told them he flipped. He could have played that a whole lot better than he did and caused confusion and distrust in that tribe. Now, he is a dead man walking and as soon as Coach's tribe has no use for him he is done. If he makes it to the final 3 then he deserves to win.
