That reminded of a lady I work with got Long John Silver's one day and used a bunch of malt vinegar on it. The whole office stunk the rest of the day!

Talking on the dag-gone speaker phone in your office all day long for no real reason. I have a co-worker who does that ALL THE TIME, and I can tell you the details of ALL his conversations because he talks so stinking loudly. I make it a point to walk by his office door and have a loud conversation of my cell phone at least once a day to annoy him while he's in the middle of one of his calls.

Not filling the copier after you finish off the paper on a copy job.

Overusing office speak...or even just using it at all as far as I'm concerned. Why do you have to talk like some kind of wierdo just because you're standing in an office? Do you actually ask people to "please advise" in a normal conversation, or do you just ask them to help you out with a question that you have? Do you really say FYI (eff-why-eye) when you're trying to tell a friend something that you think they may want to be aware of? Some others: "let's talk about this offline" "think outside the box" "we need to look at this from 360-degrees" "drill down"...

Amen!

Email forwarder guy. There is one in every office.

It can happen anywhere but it only happens to me at work. The cell phone talker...on the elevator. I really don't care if your baby daddy is behind on child support.......

^ Nothing is worse than 10 people in the elevator and no one saying a word. Talk about awkward.

Agreed. When I get on I usually say hello or good morning, something to break the awkward silence.

How about the burnt popcorn people? Similarly to the first post, burnt popcorn is one of the worst smells ever. Some people love their popcorn that way.

I have several people that work with me that like to forward me emails that I was CC'd on already. Thanks for that!

At a job I worked about a decade ago, I once watched a girl (blonde, in case you're wondering :D) come into the break room with some leftover Arby's sandwiches for her lunch, and could barely contain myself as she's in the process of putting the sandwich in the microwave, with the foil-type wrapper still on it. Hilarity ensued as her sandwich went up in flames.

Especially the crazy religious ones that say if you dont forward this X number of times you don't love Jesus.

I had a roommate once who called me in a panic wondering why the "microwave was lightning".

I simply told him to take his spoon out of the chili when he heated it up.
