I think it's inevitable that homosexual marriage will become the law of the land nationwide. (And I for one really don't care I will not have a uncontrollable urge to marry another man)

 

How long before polygamy is legal? If it's between consenting adults then what business is it of the government to decide who a polygamist can marry?

I just back in town, no signal in the mountains of Tennessee. Seems people who are for it and some or not. Thats fine, but those for it seem kinda harsh for those against it. But someone mention how some folks run to the Bible for this, when the Bible is what? God's word, God says its wrong, its not in his plan, so if you don't obey God's word its a Sin, good luck to you, any gay folks on here? I live by the word, as thats my choice.

 

I was at a party once and a man came up to me and started saying stuff to me, I was 17, he was late 20s, it made me feel really sick. But I am really girl crazy, it boggles my mind, I don't understand why anyone would want to be with a same sex person..After readingf so many comments, I thought I'd just be honest, I'm sorry if you get mad at me. You can imagine other thoughts/questions people would ask, example my kid (14) on their lifestyle and the act of loving each other.

Any parent who puts their child first, who wakes up each morning concerned about the needs of their child before they think of ther own needs ....I respect you, am proud to to parent wth you.

Come on, LBBC. Being in a loving home two parents, gay or otherwise, is substantially better than abandonment by a parent. Not even close.

 

This is just how I feel but as someone who had a parent abandon them I actually prefer that to having a gay parent. It would have been much tougher on me growing up where I did. I can't really justify feeling like that but being in this situation I can tell you that this is how I feel. JMO. I have nothing against gay people, and have gay friends that I am pretty close to, but I think it would have been much tougher growing up in EKY in that type of situation.
