If a person killed an elderly person that couldn't fend for themself at all without someone assisting them, feeding them, giving them oxygen etc what do you think their sentence should be? I'm not turning this on you Clyde just asking you the question before I give my thoughts on your question.

Only thing I can say is really, truely different about the two scenarios is the fact that the unborn child has alot more years ahead of them than the elderly person that can't care for themself...

I see abortion as morally wrong. I do not think it is a crime. I do not equate it as murder. I do not equate the elderly person with the fetus.

Maybe so. I just think its pretty low to post it on a billboard. The old saying, "if you can't say anything good, don't say nothing at all."

The guy wasn't a big enough loser to prevent her from sleeping with him.

To me this is not about abortion. Quite the opposite, I can see the free speech people saying he has the right to say it. Those are more than likely the folks who agree with abortions.

If she told him that she was getting an abortion, whether she felt that she had his confidence or not, it is not an invasion of privacy. They weren't married, and he wasn't her attorney, so I don't see where she can bring any suit.

Actually, she hasn't admitted to an abortion. She's admitted to the pregnancy, but she had a miscarriage, according to those in her camp.
