Replay showed he was under it.

At the risk of butting into the thread (which I've stayed out of), I did think he got the foot in before the tag was applied high. It was a great throw to even make it a question.

With Votto on deck I think that's a bad decision. I know it's hindsight.

Agreed, but he was safe

Gotta know the situation. Prado doesn't have a cannon by any stretch, but that was a pea. Easy one hop throw even for someone with an average or below average arm.

Great game by Cueto. He doesn't deserve to have an L hung on him.

Janish wasn't even tagged and if he would have been he already scored. The ump was as close to that call as you can get and he completely blew it. Once again why is there no replay?

Last year Cardinals sweep Reds and fall apart afterward. This year we see the exact opposite. The Reds suck and they are done. Better luck next year.

Safe or out, Mark Berry with a terrible decision to send Janish home. Prado was already throwing home before Janish touched 3rd base. Like Hermie stated, stupid call with MVP coming up to bat.

OK. Where's the outrage over Votto's baserunning blunder? Had that been BP, there would have been a dozen responses by now.

It was terrible base running, but it didn't cost them the game. Being stranded at 2nd, or being stranded at 3rd. What difference does it make?
