That's a matter of opinion not fact. In your eyes he is doing lousy. In millions of other eyes he is doing fine and has done what he said he wanted to do. Who's right or wrong is irrelevant. I tend to take people's opinions more to heart when they say, "I voted for Obama and I am disappointed." I can learn from those people. People who didn't vote for him make it hard for me to take in their point because they came in with a slanted view from the beginning. And for the record everybody is different. I have never met a Republican or an opponent of a candidate I favor who could change my mind but I definitely listen and learn more from those who voted for the same person I voted for but is disappointed in that person. People who didn't vote for the person they are slamming are hard to listen to and learn from because they were already slamming that person from day one and that person would have to perform miracles to convince these people they were right for the job anyways.

Like I said, I never voted for Clinton either, he did a few things that I was totally against but he also did some really good things and was very good at working with both sides of the asile. Obama is much more "my way or the highway" and has made that clear from day one. I've never seen a president blame the past administration as much as Obama.

Someone who understands middle class America, not someone from academia.

Someone who understands the principles of the Founding Fathers and why they created the Constitution as they did, not someone who sees a document of negative rights. This document was not created 100% perfect, but is a document that gives us a tremendous amount of freedom. The Constitution lays out what the government can do and cannot do. And everything else is left to us. How much more freedom do we need? What he speaks of is some who want to take from producers to give to non-producers.

I've heard that mantra before and it's no more true than Kennedy wouln't get the Democratic nomination today because he was too conservative, being that he cut taxes to stimulate the economy. There might be other reasons they wouldn't get the nomination, but being too liberal/conservative for their current parties isn't one of them.
