The weather looks good at this point (I know, it could change any minute) for Friday night. High in the forties and a low in the thirties with 0% chance of precip. It doesn't get much better in December. Good luck to both teams, I hope the Tigers all play a great game in a losing effort (hey, I gotta root for my boys) and both teams remain healthy. Should be a record crowd.

It was 48-16 just 2 months ago, and the score really doesn't tell how bad it was. X's subs even scored on the T starters. 2 of T's scores came against the X 2nd and 3rd strings.

Trinity has made significant adjustments. They are not the same team that played on Sept23. Their Defense is much improved and Petrino has gotten much needed playing time.

X has played a killer schedule all year and came away unscathed.

I (admitting bias) just can't see T's adjustments making up for all those points. X's line dominated and overpowered T and will do so again. X will win again and take state...but it will not be another blowout.

This is a game that neither school takes lightly no matter what the score in the regular season was. Glaser and Beatty are too good to let that happen.

I could post the same thing. I want Trinity to win....but just don't know yet...

St. X by 10+. No close one this time!!

At least one private will have to lose in this game! Ha!

X has to be the odds on favorite. But if they allow the Rocks to hang around late... anything could happen. :sssh:

Tough to call on this game...

Should be a battle. T is playing VERY good.

Can't wait to see this one

I can`t agree with you more old great one!!!!

I will predict that the reserves for the Tigers will not see as much action this time.

Really??? :walk:

WOW, This is a win, win. No matter who wins. Great for Catholic schools. St. X is the best team in this state period. There Schedule has been tough throughout, Trinity hasn't had tough opponents until Henry Clay game. Trinity is rolling, there not the same team that played St. X 2 months ago. I hope there will be 25000 - 30000 people there, or more. Way I see the game, St. X is ST. X tough. Something telling me this is Trinity's year. Bob Beatty got Trinity rolling. Is this last game for Beatty? I hope not.

This is a classic

Trinity 31

St. X 30

Last game for Coach Beatty??? Lets not go there.

Trinity fans-what is the injury situation with the team? Anyone out or questionable? No X injuries of significance that I am aware of.

It will full force and 110% pain!!!!! :fight:

Trinity has their work cut-out for them,it will be a very good game. The team that has less turnovers and the Team whos Specialty Team steps up will win this WAR!!!!

St. X 14

Trinity 17

Rumors that the game will be called the Prop 20 Bowl are untrue and unfounded. Which of the Louisville greats win this one?

I love the name!!!! why not??

I have a horse in this race!!! I`ll take THE ROCKS in a photo finish!! by a nose!

St. Xavier will win this one no doubt.

St. X-35

Trinity-20

I agree with the X schedule but will tell you Xman if Trinity plays the way they did last night they will be tough to beat...regardless this should be an outstanding game :thumb:

If St. X turns the ball over as many times as HC did last night the Rockheads will win. I don't see either of those two things happening.

Both of these teams are about even: I'll give T the edge offensively, X the edge defensively, and both teams are equally great on special teams.

Should be a hum-dinger with the Tigers coming out on top.

Who would have been the public school winner in 4A? Henry Clay?
