Slavey is a dead eye pure shooter! If Miller does not need her bring her back to SK, I'm sure coach Stowers would love to have her. If she were at SK she would get tons of shots. Our guards are really good at penetration which would draw the defense in so she could spot up and shoot. She would be a great complement to them.

Everything will be okay with Slavey. She is a valuable asset to Walton. Not sure why she seen limited action last night, but it is what it is. She will be fine and I'm sure she will contribute tomorrow night against SK.

I think Coach Miller knows what he is doing.

That might be an option.

Problem at WV right now....the daddy goggles are a little to thick. It was easy to see the best 5 last night... Good luck coach no matter how much success you have it won't be enough for some.

That was not Walton's best 5 last night...period!!

My gosh, they won by 20. Coach Miller finally put Mullikin at the point and gave her significant minutes. She did a great job! Maybe the line-up still needs to be tweeked a bit but they looked better than they have lately. Slavey will get her opportunities. I'm sure Miller is also trying to put his best defenders on the floor, it's just not all offense.

SK has a very good penetrator this year in Wainscot but I don't see them having this weapon next year. She is one of the best players to come through SK.

Mulikin was great. I'd like to think Miller will adjust his line up accordingly....not waiting too long before making needed adjustments.....

Is it possible that the Walton faithful are getting annoyed with all of these players "deciding on their own" to transfer to WV in high school. So the Jr High best player is not the sixth or seventh man.

Miller is a class act, no one is capable of coaching Walton as good as him.

Owings (freshman) and Stephenson (junior) both have been playing well, both can penetrate and both will be back next year. I can assure you if Slavey gets limited minutes in the game tomorrow night coach Stowers will be adding coach Miller to his Christmas card list soon.

Neither of these can penetrate like Wainscot or handle the ball like she does. Merry Christmas to all!!!

BINGO!

I would hate to see what would happen if the Bearcats lose. You people need to chillax.

Sad to see the outstanding careers of West and Wilhoit end. They were a intregal part to the Lady Demons for many years and be greatly missed. Also great job to fellow senior Haley Rothwell. They are great young ladies and will successful in all they do.
