I do not yet have enough experience on my bike to answer, but that area becomes extremely painful. I assume you have some biking shorts? Everyone tells me it will get better. Knowing I will be spending 7 hours or so on that thing makes my stomach turn.

I figured law of physics it was going to hurt some. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't damaging myself physically. I did buy some good bike shorts the other day and could tell a difference. I was hoping and figured it would get better with time. Figured there was some bike riders on here that might know. I appreciate the response. Kudos for being able to ride that long! I'm taking baby steps but so far love being outdoors and not taking the pounding on my shins.

After 4 weeks of keto I hit the 170 mark. That was my goal so moving on to something else. Going to start focusing more on overall fitness by changing up my workouts and doing more crossfit type workouts.

Continuing my Insanity--P90X hybrid, along with drinking my Shakeology every day. I feel great, even younger than I did 10 years ago.

Heck, I have only been riding about a month now. I can tell once this year is over I am going to enjoy biking quite a bit. My thighs were on fire for about 15 minutes following, but that was about it. A little sore today but nothing compared to running soreness I typically endure.

Bugatti, have you ever tried a minimalist running shoe? If you have what were your thoughts?

I coach so I workout with the kids during the season. I planned to start running in March, March is not over so I haven't broke my word yet...

Doing an awesome bench workout. I hadn't lifted in a long time. I started out 8 workouts ago benching about 220 once. Did 230 3 times at the end of the workout today. I've got Insanity that is my next phase but still have about 1 month left on this bench program so not starting it till then.

Anybody ever do any of the cleanse systems with the green tea + pills? I've heard a lot of buzz about them lately. People swearing they feel so much more healthy and have so much more energy. Supposedly all this muck builds up in your intestine walls/colon etc. It is supposed to get rid of all that junk that has built up over the years. I've heard people losing between 10-20 lbs of just garbage. I'd never really thought about it but if you can loose that much weight of just gunk buildup it is intriguing. I'd like to here if people have done it what your experience was. I'm not talking about other cleanses. Just the ones with the drinks/pills.

What's the bench routine you are doing? I have had good some results with a pyramid and also a 5x5. I am thinking about trying the 5-3-1 that mexitucky mentioned aboved. These are work for not only bench but all compound lifts.

I usually workout with 200 pounds when I am benching I do 3 sets of 10. But Saturday I was done benching and taking weight off the bar and pulled a muscle in my lower back very painful. So now I am stuck taking it easy all this week.

Doesn't it always tick you off when you injure yourself moving around weights? Kind of ironic.
