This doesn't surprise me. The Raiders are the most physical team in the Region. I think they are a team that could win it. If they could shoot from the outside any better, they'd be really dangerous. They just don't seem to be able to manufacture points. They've beaten both Holmes and Boone in the last week. Thats impressive. Perkins is not the most talented player in the Region, but he plays harder than anyone I have seen.

Ryle with big wins now against Holmes and Boone. Are they a title contender? Anyone have details on this one? Which two will come out of the 33rd? Should be some battles in the semis.

Vollet and Brown played very little in the first half and Brown played very little in the second half due to fouls. Brown should have gotten his money's worth on #5 cause it was a pathetic call. Perkins was on fire from 3-land and I just love the way he plays the game. The Raiders probably canned 6 trifectas. Boone answered with perhaps 4 threes and but was not in sync. Credit to tough defense from Ryle. Boone was up 23-18 at the break and Ryle tried to let Boone back in the game late by missing FT's. I think Ryle got up by nearly 10 points in the 4th quarter and Boone closed to 3 at 50-47 and put Ryle at the line with between 10 and 15 seconds left. Ryle missed both FT's but won the scramble for the loose ball. Guess who came up with it?>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>perkins

Bobby played some nice defense, blocked some shots and rebounded well. Maybe 14 points?? Missed some bunnies early that he usually makes but was a big factor in the win tonight - probably not 100% due to recent sickness.

I don't know if both meetings count in district standings since all teams play the other teams twice. If all games (other than tournament meetings) count, then I believe the standings would be:

If only the second game is a district seeding game, the standings would be:

Ryle 2-1 (owns tiebreaker by beating Boone)

Boone 2-1

Conner 1-2 (owns tiebreaker by beating Cooper)

Thanks for the correction. I forgot that the one Boone/Cooper game was at Lloyd tourney. If Clyde is correct, Cooper would win the 33rd regular season by beating Boone if only the second game counts in the district standings 'cause then it would be:
