rebelfan15
I'm glad to see a defensive player make it into the 5 finalists.
HC50
How is Rod Johnson left off of this list. 252 attempts. 1909 rushing yrds. 7.5 average. 25 receptions. 241 yrds. 34 TD's. 208 total points. 1 interception. No one else in the state has put up those types of numbers against the type of competition that he has done it against.
Goliath
There will always be great players left off the list who should be mentioned. It's impossible to name everyone.
1&ONLY44
I'm suprised that no one has mentioned Ron Blume yet....
NineOh
Burke is the real deal...bottom line. While I wouldn't define it as being "elitist" I do agree that there is a false belief across the state that 4A football is the best...top to bottom 3A plays the best football, in my opinion. AverageJoesGym
I know he has as much a chance of winning as I do but congrats to Josh Minton. I love to see defensive players get some recognition. He's also a great offensive lineman--however, congrats and way to show them that we play good football in SEKY!!!! colonel-fan
What school? I believe that would be Henry Clay. Here is a picture and story about him and the Blue Devils. Devils strike early, often
EastSideJunkie
Ummm, well they don't count. I mean those guys were at a totally different level than we have seen around these parts in a long time. They would have been on the list had they been from any part of the state.
