Nope. Outside of UC kids I am pretty much off the football scene now. Basketball and the baby consume enough time... :lol:

I just sent a call to Bama about a couple of local kids who would fit a need for us. I spoke with the kid's AD, lets see if Bama responds. Probably not, its late. But they took the info.

NSD cant get here soon enough. Nebraska seems to do a great job all year long assembling a good recruiting class and around this time is when we seem to lose a guy or two to other schools. By this time they always seem to be pretty much done with the class outside of a couple guys they are waiting on to make there decisions.

 

I think this is the time of the year when you see some teams get desperate and the real slime balls in recruiting start pulling out all the tricks to get these kids to change schools.

As of yesterday UK class rated 31st and UL rated 32nd a couple of surprises and one or both could crack the top 25. Bad news is UK is 9th in SEC.

I read that Colerain LB Andrew Smith de-committed from UC and is now going to Northwestern. His coach isn't happy about the de-commit.

Yeah Bolden is pretty ticked after ranting about UL pulling the offer for Dukes and then Smith back doors UC once he improved his test score enough to get in to NW. That Colerain pipeline is really churning out guys for Coombs. Why people think the guy is even close to being ready to coach UC is laughable...
