I believe that it's a big statement saying that Rodgers is better than anyone else, but he could definitely get there. I don't know if anyone was listening to Aikman and Buck with announcing last night, but Aikman said if he were GM of a team and he had his choice of any QB in regards to age, talent, and leadership capabilities that he would take Rodgers over anyone.

GB played as well as I have seen them play this season. To do what they did to Atlanta when the Falcons just don't lose at home was amazing. IF GB can continue to play like that they will be a tough out for anyone. Rogers is a top 3 QB. The only ones I would consider to be above him are Brady and Manning.

I'm a Packers fan and a huge AR guy but no doubt Brady is at the top. That said I wouldn't trade Rodgers for Brady.

O.K., I admit that I was excited over the GB win and how great a game the Packers and Rodgers had and I let that override a statement I made earlier. I do give Brady credit for being an elite QB, it would be crazy not to. I also believe that Rodgers is just as good. Alot better....no. I would take Rodgers over Brady though, both are great but Rodgers imo has far more mobility and I think that he is tougher than Brady. I guess how I could describe it another way is that Brady is a great QB, Rodgers is a "football player" that just happens to be a great QB as well. By my statement "doing what it takes" I meant that imo Rodgers will physically throw his head, body, etc. into a situation if it means to make a play. Brady, although a great qb imo is "softer" than Rodgers. Rothlesberger is another that is what I call a football player that happens to be a qb, tough not a primadona.

While the discussion is on qb's, he had nothing to do with this game but there is a guy in Indy wearing #18 that is pretty good himself, probably the best pure QB.

Rodgers is a flat out stud. I bet the 9'ers wish they could redo that #1 pick. The Packers have so many weapons and now actually have a legit back to keep defenses honest. I don't see them losing next week. If they do make the SB would they be the first to do so without a 1,000 yard back?

Maybe the people who anointed "Matty Ice" and Flacco can take a step back now. Rodgers is legit. Ryan is a question mark. Flacco isn't good.

The thing is Brady doesn't have to do those things you said. Brady has been there and done that as shown by him winning three Super Bowls. He did that by not even having a receiver core as good as Rodgers receiving core this year. Rodgers is great no doubt, but lets not get carried away saying stuff like he does whatever he can to win. Considering this is the first year the man has won games when it has mattered most.

Flacco has yet to win a game against the Steelers when Big Ben plays. He also has a losing record against the Bengals when Palmer plays. There are maybe only 5 to 7 really like top elite QB's in the NFL, then the next 10 to 15 are really all alike. It just depends what situation they are in.

GB is hott right now. Depending who comes out of the AFC, but I could see myself pulling for the Pack in the Super Bowl.

I think that's the biggest difference, Brady's Wrs really struggled getting open today and his lack of mobility doesn't really allow them extra time to get loose.
