Never used a MAC so I have no idea. You can view Excel/Word docs on the iPHone without any app. I do believe there are apps out there that allow you to edit them but not sure about that.

Never used a MAC so I have no idea. You can view them on any smartphone. There are plenty of apps to download on both phones that it wouldn't be an issue. The one app that you can open every Office file and edit them is 14.99 for Android, I think.

Never used a MAC so I have no idea. Documents to Go ap will allow you to edit Office programs such as excel, word, and powerpoint. It is $16.99 for the Iphone. There is another called Quickoffice Connect for $9.99. Probably a few more but these were the first two I found.

January 11, 201115 yr Can you edit them on your Droid without an app? I don't know, to be honest. I've never tried because I have enough trouble texting without trying to edit important documents on my phone. :lol: I'll try it though and see.
January 11, 201115 yr Thanks! I can view and edit them on my BB and know you can on the Droid but those systems aren't competing like the Mac and PC. Thought that may make a difference.
February 13, 201115 yr I received my Verizon Iphone on Friday. It's okay....A little different than the old Iphone. I still have my Droid X as a backup phone and I would put it up against the Iphone anyday. Each phone has it's qualities that the other doesn't but it just seems the X does a little more.....IMO!!!!:idunno:

My Droid X does everything that the iPhone does except Facetime, which I wouldn't ever really use.
