Yes, they lost to Miller Grove in OT. They are really good. Very athletic.

He was one that I wanted to watch. Good solid player. He had 17 points in the final game against Greater Atlanta Christian. 6-14 from the field. UC is getting a good player in him.

Player to watch is Julius Randle from Prestonwood Christian Academy,Texas. A 6'9 Sophomore, he has it all.

 

I was suprised that Zack Peters, 6'9 Kansas verbal commitment did not make All Tourney Team. He had a great tourney too.

Randle is a consensus top 3 player in the 2013 class. He's going to be big time...

I've seen somebody break the rim in pre-game warmups, but never the backboard.

Tony Key from Russellville broke several durring his junior year and their run to the state semi-finals. I think the year was 2000.

I know during my career Conner shattered two boards in a week. Both were in pregame warmups. When I attended Morehead a guy shatter one in the rec center, it busted all to pieces and cut a few players.

 

Correct ... Peter Carlson broke one ... Jason Johnson broke the other in 1991.

Fun playing on that team ... I still have big pieces (that were basically held together by the border) of the backboard somewhere.
