In watching the You Tube video it looked like the defender blocked his shot and the backboard shattered from Zollo hanging on the rim. Was a foul called on the shot?

Its hard to tell if it was blocked, or Zollo was hit and the ball came out. I don't believe once the repair was made and the game was resumed that he shot the free-throws.

Jason Coldiron shattered one messing around in PE. Problem was, he was also the starting QB and it was Friday before a game. Cawood High School.

Shot wasn't blocked, but there was lots of contact. No foul was called either. When play resumed, they had a jump ball.
