The Highlands-Boyle County 2011 Season Opener is Looking Great...!

Featured Replies

Bingo! The folks talking about Highlands just rolling over Boyle might want to log on to Yappi, go back to the St X vs Highlands prediction thread and read some of the posts by the St. X fans. Any one that discounts coaches and kids from winning programs that possess dedication and committment is bound to have some humble pie served up.

The Birds will have their hands full on Aug. 19th that's for sure. These schools are steeped in tradition and I expect a hard fought game.

Yes, but everyone who is offered to play d1 doesn't accept the offer. A d1 player has to play d1 football. I say a d1 player has to at least dress for a d1 game.

Then add Clay Cecil to the list. He is at UK currently and has dressed and played.

This is true. He turned down offers from lower level football to go d1. Does anyone know if he has traveled with the team?

This should be a great game from two oustanding classy programs. I hope it is everything it is built up to be. Good luck to both teams!!
