Congratulations to the Rams on another good year.

Every turnover is worth 6 points. That makes this game an 18-8 win for LCA. Would everyone say that is about the true spread in these two if they play 10 times?

First of all, congratulations to LCA. I honestly thought that we would still be playing this week but you cannot throw 6 INT's and win a game. This is very much a mirror of the regular season game, we outgained LCA but had 5 turnovers to their 1. So, in the 2 meetings the turnover differential was 11-2. Absolutely no one can have that kind of disadvantage and win a game, no matter how you match up on the field.

Good luck next week against Fairview.

This stat and the others you posted were certainly misleading. LCA scored 3td's on defense and when on offense it was a case of LCA making big plays and scoring very quickly. LCA dominated the only stat that matters, it read 48-8 on the scoreboard.

I am going to miss this game as well, sounds kinda funny to say seeing how LCA has pretty much dominated this district since they came in. No other team through the years in our district has ever beaten us as much as you have. I like playing good teams that play the game the right way and with great coaches and all class fans like LCA has. A school/team/fans have to earn respect and not just expect it to be handed to them and LCA cerainly has earned it. With the exception of this season and a couple of others around 7,8 years ago or so it has basically been LCA and Raceland going one and two in district.

 

On a personal note I want to again acknowledge TwoEagles, Bluto, the LCA coaches and radio crew plus others that I have heard from and had prayers offered up for this disease that I am and will be fighting every day. That means more than you will know. :thumb:

They are flying under the radar and no one is really talking about them right now, which I think works in their favor, but make no mistake LCA will not give up their crown without a fight (football speak, of course).

I realize that. As for my post, opinion I just meant that it would not suprise me to see LCA go all the way. I meant no disrespect to Hazard at all.
