When they talk with the people in the teleconference at the end of the month, it will be within a few days. They will ask questions of Enes, Cal and UK, and I was also told Kanter's family.

I believe it was Sandy Bell who said that Cal wouldn't be in it because the school considered it a matter between the school/Kanter on one side & the NCAA on the other.
November 13, 201015 yr So were looking at roughly 3 weeks before everything is final ? Sounds like the very last of November/earliest part of December.
November 14, 201015 yr I think one thing that has to be considered in this by the Appeals board is the "intent to professionalize". Clearly, the Kanters did everything they could to maintain his amateur status. I think this could be the one card they use to get him his eligibility. If they do grant him his eligibility, I would think there will be a suspension of some sort.
