Giving guests a pulpit to make their charges is giving serious merit, isn't it?I don't know necessarily that it's giving the accusation serious merit, especially if the advocates of such are vigorously questioned about it. That is the aim of news reporting ... accurately present all sides of a case and let the reader/viewer decide.

You can say whatever you want about they do & have done, but there's no denying the incredible amount of influence Limbaugh & Beck have over the political landscape today. You can throw Palin in there also. And that's what gets the elitest left so charged - they see all three of these people as uneducated and intellectually inferior.
