It occurs to me though, why would Behar say they were picked by illegal immigrants. Isn't that sort of bigoted?

 

I'm guessing she used that because of the original issue she had with Angle which was her ad stating that Reid is soft on illegal immigrants.

The View is the biggest waste of TV air time next to Glenn Beck .

I'm trying to figure out who in the world watches the View. I mean, I assume their demographic is women of a certain age. Maybe it's just my lowly circustance, but I don't know any women home during the day to watch them.

Are you saying she should be fired because Juan Williams was fired? I'd support CNN or ABC for keeping her or firing her. It's their call. However, I think one can make a clear distinction between the two cases.

There are lots of insensitive remarks on TV so that by itself is immaterial IMO.

 

One offended an entire religion vs one which offended one person.

One was by an employee who had been warned several times that his employer didn't want anymore controversial remarks. I do not know if that's the case with Behar.

 

The only common trait is the insensitivity which, as I said, isn't enough in and of itself. I'm not one that thinks every time I hear something I don't like that someone should pay. It doesn't have an impact on me so I'll let those that have a vested interest decide if it's worthy of dismissal.
