Yes CCH has very talented 14 and 15 year old BOYS, but Highlands has very very talented 14 and 15 year old YOUNG MEN with better coaching.

Post #14 is where this thread took a turn. Slemac was being very even handed till that post. I don't think ft. bronc was slamming CCHS but it came across that way to Slemac.

Someone predicted a 77 point victory for the varsity HHS vs CCH game--did not happen--that is why we play! Also win or lose the game last night was exciting to watch. Great game when 2 talented teams battle it out on the gridiron. Hope the injured young man is OK.

 

I'll warn the boys. (apparently, they are playing against superheroes on Saturday).

 

Hey Colonel Moms, I hope you take some of these comments for what they're worth. Haters and wannabes don't represent what the majority of HHS faithful believe. Most believe it will be a very hard fought game. Anytime these two play, it can turn into a really good game. As we saw in the Varsity. I do think the Birds will win, but the Colonels will be right in it till it's over.

I disagree about slemac. I don't think he is a hater. Nearly every post he put on here concerning this game was fair and logical ... until post #14 when he thought his Camels were being disrespected. Since that post he has been on the Colonels case.

VOR - it totally was not my intention to do so. I was just trying to relate what had happened in those two games. Having said that, I can't wait for Saturday's game. Should be a good one!
